"We will never turn our backs on the Cuban people!"

Here is the full speech that was given by President Trump in Miami yesterday. The heart of the speech begins just after the fifteen-minute mark. Trump said the actions taken by Obama only enriched the Cuban regime. Only more repression of the Cuban people.

"We do not use US dollars to prop up dictators! We will not lift sanctions until all political prisoners are freed, all political parties are legalized, an internationally supervised election, enforce the ban on tourism, enforce the embargo, take concrete steps to ensure the flow of dollars goes directly to the people, safeguard the travel of people to the US, stop the jailing of innocent people, return fugitives from American justice, hand over Cuban military members who shot down innocent victims in small planes, we will never turn our backs on the Cuban people!
